Why per-vessel pricing?+
Vessel work is vessel-specific — provisioning, inventory, recipes, guest preferences, budgets and crew are tied to one yacht at a time. We charge per vessel because that's the unit of operation. Running more than one yacht? Add each vessel to the same account, each on the plan that suits it.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every vessel plan includes a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before day 15 to avoid being billed.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes. Every vessel plan can be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly billing saves 10%. You can switch between the two at any time from your billing page.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Do prices include tax?+
Prices exclude tax; VAT/GST is added at checkout where applicable.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export everything (PDFs, spreadsheets, full data dump) at any time. After cancellation we hold your data for 30 days before deletion — plenty of time to reactivate or move it elsewhere.
Where is data hosted?+
Postgres on Supabase, hosted in Frankfurt (EU). GDPR-compliant by default. Data never leaves the EU unless you explicitly request it.
Do you support charter operators?+
Yes. Management companies and owners running several yachts keep every vessel under one account, each on its own plan. Each vessel's data stays separate, and crew only see the vessels they're invited to.
How does crew sharing work?+
Each plan includes a number of crew seats. You invite crew by email; they create their own login and you control which vessels they can see. No shared passwords.
Is this replacing the existing Galleyo on Tanusha?+
Not yet. The Tanusha-only Galleyo continues to run as it always has. The new SaaS is a separate, multi-vessel rebuild. Tanusha will migrate once feature parity is reached.
